Dereliction in Rome
The original photograph was taken in the ruins of ancient Rome and the image was created using a combination of photography, IT and drawing. I have been experimenting recently with the links between drawing and photography and am producing a series of images which explore the very traditional art techniques and the more innovative techniques of digital imaging. In this piece, I am particularly interested in surface and colour.
